Checkin was super easy, communication with the host was great. Location was perfect with a bus route less an a 5 minute walk. Place was super clean with very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent in every way! Wish we could have controlled the thermostat but it was only kinorlu over warm at night. Excellent experience and I pls to stay here next November!

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback. We aren't to sure why you said you couldn't control the thermostat. There is a basic digital thermostat that guests can adjust as they wish during their stay. Best, SDV

The location was good, but overall the stay could have been better. There was an overall smell in the property that seemed like there used to be smokers in the unit. The bathroom shower in the master would not turn on. They charge 165 for cleaning fee but require that you take out the trash, do a load of laundry, and a load of dishes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our property has a very strict no-smoking policy, and no one has ever smoked inside the unit. Unfortunately, on occasion, odors can travel between neighboring units, and we believe this may have been the source of what you experienced. Regarding the master shower, there are no known issues with it. The system is fully functional, and instructions on how to use it are provided in both our check-in message and house manual. While it’s not difficult to operate, we understand that not all fixtures are intuitive, and we’re always happy to help if guests reach out during their stay. As for checkout procedures, we kindly ask guests to start a load of used towels, run the dishwasher, and take out the trash. These simple steps help us maintain high cleanliness standards without having to charge a significantly higher cleaning fee. Most guests find this very manageable, and taking out the trash also helps prevent lingering odors for future visitors.
