About this property

Bailey Bear | Waterfall | Pets | 2 Cabins

Calling all outdoor enthusiasts, writers, readers, hikers and water lovers! Soak in the North Georgia Mountains at this unique and tranquil cottage perched right on top of Bailey Creek with a panorama waterfall view. Bailey Bear Hideaway is the same cabin that has been long time loved by it`s guests, just under new ownership and management. What makes this place special? The view from your window.

Welcome to BAILEY BEAR HIDEAWAY waterfall retreat, perched on the edge of Bailey Creek in Blue Ridge, Georgia, where you will find yourself immersed in the heart of the ASKA ADVENTURE AREA and the Chattahoochee National Forest. You will get the unique opportunity to privately occupy two cabins on a single, creekside property while enjoying the most breathtaking view of a waterfall right outside your living room window.

Our cabin is centrally located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge with a drive time of 30 minutes to each, 36 minutes to Blairsville and just under and hour to Dahlonega.

Both cottages are accessed using a contactless Schlage keypad, with 24 hr access.

We value our guests privacy, so we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, without being a bother to your peaceful vacation.

Our cabin is located in a rural area of the North Georgia Mountains, close to the Aska Adventure Area.

You will need a vehicle to travel around this area. No 4x4 required. There are paved roads all the way to the cabin.

The property is located directly on a creek. Caution should be used when navigating the property grounds as rocks and footing may be slippery and the grounds may be wet.

We do have bears in the North Georgia Mountains, so please do not leave food or trash outdoors, especially at night.

There is no cell service at our cabin, however we do have internet. If your phone is equipped with wifi calling, you should be able to make and receive phone calls just fine.

The Cabin:
Bedroom #1 - Large King bed, Smart TV, clothing dressers, full bathroom, laundry
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom #3 - Double Queen Bunk Beds, loft, lounge space, Smart TV, half bath
