This place was exactly as pictured, very comfortable, even luxurious (see master bathroom!). It was very easy to get around the city with this vrbo as our home base. The host was extremely accommodating, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.
Stood here during our son’s college move in to Loyola. The place is close to everything via foot, and in a great quiet neighborhood. Amazing home full of character and all the comforts one needs for a great stay. Lizzie is easy to communicate with. We’d love to stay again!
Our 5 days on Annunciation St were perfect.. the cottage is lovely ! Thoughtfully & beautifully decorated; all details perfect ..the cottage was ideal for a couples holiday .. the neighborhood is walkable ;interesting restaurants close by..Lizzie & Randall were perfect Hosts. We will definitely be back !
Very well appointed. The unit itself as well as the features and supplies that the owners made available was very supportive of staying there comfortably. Thank you.
Everything about this beautiful home is presented with the guest's comfort in mind. The property is beautifully and tastefully appointed, and well stocked with toiletry items, fresh soft towels, and a full kitchen. Lizzie is very responsive to questions. The location is Uptown, in a very quiet neighborhood away from the bustle and noise of the Quarter. Parking is available on the street, usually right in front of the house. We would definitely stay here again if we made another trip!

Thank you for your review, Lisa! I’m so glad y'all had a great time. Come back soon.
We were absolutely charmed by this tidy, beautiful home. I literally said "wow" upon opening the front door. Thank you so much for this fabulous stay in our old neighborhood. We will absolutely be back!
This unit has been beautifully renovated. The finishing touches are high quality and feel luxurious. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again. The pillows were not great so bring your own if you can. The neighbor next door was very friendly but the neighborhood itself had some nice houses and some rundown ones. There is a great coffee house just down the street and a Smoothie King around the corner. Otherwise not much amenities within walking distance. Overall I would recommend this rental.

Thank you for your review and feedback, Kimberly! We understand everyone has different pillow preferences and our happy to offer several different types of pillows throughout the house.
I hope you’ll come back to explore more of what our neighborhood has to offer like cafe malou, Saba, bon temps and more.
I cannot say enough great things about our host, the home, and the neighborhood. What a treat it was to spend several days at this beautiful home! The interior finishes are beautiful. The outdoor space is cozy and perfect for sitting out snd drinking coffee in the mornings and drinks at night. Public transportation was nearby and made it easy to get into the downtown/French Quarter area and close enough that an Uber was only around 25 if we wanted a quick ride.
Absolute wonderful home! From the soaring ceiling that welcome you in to the back patio perfect for coffee and cocktails. The house has everything one could need, Lizzie has thought of everything. The master bath is what everyone dreams of in their home. The location is perfect for all things Garden District to Mid-City. We do not head to the FQ very often, we love the small restaurants and music venues in the area of the house. We will stay again!
From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. This house is so welcoming and inviting. Beautiful art and aesthetics drew us in while offering such a cozy place to call “home” for the weekend. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood , to Magazine street, and even got a longer walk to Audubon Park. We highly recommend this home! The hosts were wonderful communicators, and I truly felt they wanted me to feel at home. What a wonderful trip and stay; we will be back!
