great place overall. would definitely stay again. not too far away for all the fun. ur missing out if u dont give this place a shot.. its got everything u need from game room to pool and spa. the solterra resort is awesome

The pool was wonderful when you used the dial on the wall to keep the water circulating it was so warm. House was pretty clean, however the dishwasher did not clean the dishes it left them soaking wet and dirty. There was not enough supplies to even last a day in the place, we had to go to the store for stuff just to supply the house. After driving 21 hours from Wisconsin getting trash bags and dishwasher soap was the last thing I wanted to do. There wasn’t enough baking pans. Traffic is so bad going to and from Orlando also. It took a long time to get anywhere. The host was amazing!! She answered very quickly and when the pool wasn’t heating the first day she figured it out and got it working.

We had a great stay overall. The house was very clean, the location was excellent, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our trip.There were a couple of minor issues—the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, so we ended up hand washing them, and there was a small problem with one of the toilets. However, the host addressed the toilet issue quickly and even waived one of the fees for us, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
