Solterra Resort is a beautiful Vacation Resort located within 25 minutes of the major attractions and approx. 90 minutes to world famous beaches on east and west coasts.

Luxuriously decorated incorporating modern and contemporary chic aspects. This comfortable, private villa accommodates up to 15 guests.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen with living and dining room & bedroom with king bed. Step outside the living room into the private screened indoor heated pool where you can also have a relaxing BBQ. Smart Televisions are located in all bedrooms and in the main living area.

When not at the parks enjoy and relax in the lovely Resort facilities. The Clubhouse is only a short walk or drive; Solterra Resort is full of outdoor amenities, whether you want to relax and catch some of our Florida sunshine or have some sporting fun with your family in a tennis and/or volleyball game. There is also a children's playground & Gym where kids can explore the playground, water slide and the lazy river while you relax in a poolside cabana with pool bar and more.

You are sure to enjoy your stay in this home as we thought about security, comfort, work from home, fun and entertainment for our guests. This 5-bedroom home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom (guest room with private bathroom) down stairs; 2 bedrooms come with KING BEDS, 3 bedroom comes with private en-suite with your own smart TVs, strategically placed throughout the house and in each bedroom.

Pool Heat optional $50/night - must be booked for entire stay and reserved 3 days in advance.

BBQ Grill optional at $80/stay - must be booked in advance and after use must be fully cleaned. Firepit by BBQ will entail additional consenting and or cost.

We can accommodate up to 2 pets given appropriate notification, will include additional cleaning cost,$175/pet.

Guest access
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all necessary information, including your personalized door code and resort access details. This ensures a smooth, contactless check-in experience. You will have access to the entire house. You will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office or pre-pay link will be provided in your email with door code:

• Two parking spaces in front of the house. Additional free parking in front of the house (must obtain pass). There is a limit of 5 vehicles per house including guests and visitors.
• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, crib and playpen
• Free washer and dryer available at the house (laundry detergent for full stay not provided).
• You’ll find a starter pack with: Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom) Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (each bathroom and kitchen), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer pool heating for an additional $50 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). Must be reserved 3 days in advance of check-in. It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.

• We offer a BBQ grill at added charge of $80! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use. Must be fully cleaned before checkout otherwise $200 will be charged post check-out.

• You are not allowed to bring any additional appliances to the house without prior approval at booking and all matters must be discussed with host before booking.

• House is ADT monitored and all house exterior and garage are under video surveillance 24/7.
