We had another great stay! The location is beautiful, with views of the river and the lake from the porch. The space is very welcoming and we always enjoy cooking in the well-stocked kitchen.
We had a great time went to the beach provided for us. Went to the beach with the lifeguard. Laid out on the beautiful deck. Enjoyed the local food and drinks. Amazing sunsets all three nights of our stay. Cottage was very relaxing and comfortable.
Had a group of sister in laws, nieces and cousins all come and share a weekend get away together- had plenty of space to hang out together and play games or just sit around to chat and relax - plenty of great places to eat and shop at close by - home was beautiful and great views of the lake and a very nice deck to relax on and take in the view
We had another great stay at the property! The weather was cold out but the house stayed nice and warm. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of open space on two levels. The owner and the property manager were both very responsive.

Thank you Mark, happy to hear you enjoyed your stay!
Accurate description, clean and close to many wineries. Went for my daughters graduation weekend from medical school inErie. Was only 20 minutes from Erie in a quiet lakeside neighborhood. Property was well maintained and we all enjoyed ourselves.
The house is so clean and inviting. I’ve never felt more at home and comfortable, right from the beginning. Access to the lake couldn’t be any easier and the creek is wonderful to sit and watch the birds. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would! We will be back!

We went with my children and grandchildren. The property was beautiful and well stocked. The deck and basement porch provided beautiful views of tbe water. The sunsets were amazing. There was plentybof space for my grandkids to play and the foosball table was a hit. The beach was an easy walk to get to. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would higly recommend this property if you want a relaxing getaway with family.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitable property owner made me feel right at home, surprising me with a lovely birthday card and a complimentary local wine that added a personal touch to my celebration. The beach was a treasure trove for sea glass finding. My family enjoyed fishing at 16 mile Creek and kayaking at Presque Isle in the tranquil waters. Each evening culminated in breathtaking sunsets that painted the sky in vibrant hues, creating a bright and beautiful backdrop. We made memories of a lifetime just enjoying the simple things. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a family getaway.
For our family, this is the best place we’ve stayed in Erie. The location is perfect for what we like to do. The owner is so responsive to any questions. The place is so clean…. I feel at home the minute I walk in.
My 99 year old father-in-law says he remembers the place and would love to live there!
North East is such a friendly town….we enjoy it so much. Can’t wait for next year!!!
Had a weekend event that brought us to the area, and decided to make it an elongated weekend with family and friends. House was clean, very accommodating, and overall better than expected. The space was much larger than expected and the layout was great for allowing personal space and also group gatherings. Creature comforts like Tupperware seem insignificant but small things like that make it so much easier, convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
This cottage was perfection! Sits on a beautiful inlet leading to Lake Erie. Several outside decks with many windows. Unfortunately we had some rain and heavy winds but we could still enjoy the view! Very clean. The attention to little details - everything you need. No negatives. One of the best we have stayed at and we rent Vrbo quite often.
This property was perfect in every way for our trip. Beautiful house, very clean, everything you could need was available. Roomy and private spaces, abundant deck with views, modern kitchen with new appliances. Three showers, plenty of hot water and towels. We cooked every meal and not once couldn’t find something: blender for smoothies, colander for pasta, ice cubes, even some cumin for taco night. Our group ranged in ages 74 to 6 year olds. Everyone had a great time walking to Sandy beach multiple times a day. Older folks could drive if unsteady walking on rocks. (2 minutes) lake and beach was clean, not crowded and perfect location to watch sunsets. A peaceful location.
The house was everything we needed and more for our Lake Erie fishing trip! Providing everything you need from toiletries and linens to dishwasher and laundry detergent. The waffle maker was a bit hit with the kids! The kids loved staying in the open loft. Closing the loft curtains at night helped them settle down. The neighborhood was quiet and only a minute walk to Lake Erie - perfect for walking our dog. Very friendly neighborhood. We plan on going back next year!
We were so impressed by this gorgeous property. Very clean and quiet home away from home. We went with 2-16 year olds as well as a 7, 4, and 3 year old (all boys). We also added in our 1 year old golden retriever pup. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy, if it was needed. We enjoyed walking on the beach at night and traveled to Niagara Falls and Presque bay with ease. Will be back and would give this 10 stars!
