SLEEPS 8 IN LUXURY
Four bedrooms, each with its own personality and design moment:
Primary suite (Casita): King bed, en-suite bath, private entrance
Back primary (San Jacinto Room): King bed, en-suite bath, mountain views
Citrona Room: Queen bed
Tiger Room: Twin beds, perfect for kids or solo travelers

The pool is unfenced and accessible from every interior door, delivering the indoor-outdoor flow Palm Springs is known for.
A note on pool heating:
Optional pool heating: $150/day (Oct to May), $100/day (June to Sept). Not included in booking rates.
Spa heating is included in your stay; takes 15 to 30 minutes to warm.
Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival.
Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats; none are provided.

Noise & Music
No outdoor music at any time, including Bluetooth speakers
Quiet hours 10 PM to 10 AM
Indoor and outdoor noise sensors measure decibel levels only; no audio is recorded
Violations may result in a $250 city fine, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of rental payment
Occupancy & Age
Maximum 8 guests
No unregistered visitors
Primary renter must be 25 or older
Not Permitted
No pets (we adore them; the design and finishes do not)
No parties or events
No smoking anywhere on property ($1,000 fee for violations)
No decor attachments (signs, balloons, tape, glitter)
Personal photography welcome; commercial shoots require written approval
CHECK-OUT
Check-out by 11 AM unless approved in advance.
Approved late check-outs may incur a fee up to half the daily lodging rate.
Non-approved late check-outs are charged at two times the daily high-season rate plus taxes, plus any costs to relocate arriving guests.
