About this property

Float, Soak, Stargaze: Saltwater Pool & Sunsets

THE ADLER · 4BR Mid-Century Estate · Saltwater Pool & Mountain Views
The Adler is a 4-bedroom mid-century estate in Palm Springs, designed for groups who want their pool house to feel like a private resort. Four luxe bedrooms, three spa bathrooms, and a saltwater pool framed by palms and the San Jacinto Mountains, all wrapped in the kind of design that earned The Adler a place on the 2026 Modernism Week Architectural Tour. Effortlessly chic, impeccably hosted, and built for the trip you'll be talking about for years.

SLEEPS 8 IN LUXURY
Four bedrooms, each with its own personality and design moment:
Primary suite (Casita): King bed, en-suite bath, private entrance
Back primary (San Jacinto Room): King bed, en-suite bath, mountain views
Citrona Room: Queen bed
Tiger Room: Twin beds, perfect for kids or solo travelers

High-end mattresses, layered linens, and blackout shades throughout. Three spa-inspired bathrooms (the Gold Digger Bath, the Lavender Haze Bath, and the San Jacinto En Suite) with luxury bath products, plush towels, and the kind of fixtures that make a morning shower feel like a five-star ritual.

A PRIVATE RESORT IN YOUR BACKYARD
Step outside to the kind of Palm Springs afternoon you came here for. The saltwater pool and spa are framed by palm trees, mountain views, and pink umbrellas that have launched a thousand vacation photos. Lounge poolside, gather around the firepit as the sun drops behind the San Jacintos, or rinse off under the outdoor shower after a swim.
A built-in gas grill anchors the kind of poolside afternoons Palm Springs was made for: long lazy lunches, golden-hour cocktails, dinners that turn into evenings under the café lights. The pool is unfenced and accessible from every interior door, delivering the indoor-outdoor flow Palm Springs is known for.

A note on pool heating:
Optional pool heating: $150/day (Oct to May), $100/day (June to Sept). Not included in booking rates.
Spa heating is included in your stay; takes 15 to 30 minutes to warm.
Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival.
Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats; none are provided.

INSIDE: MID-CENTURY MEETS MAXIMALIST
The Adler's interiors take their cues from Jonathan Adler's joyful, color-soaked sensibility. Every room a small story, every corner styled with intention. Bold patterns, layered textures, vintage finds, and design moments worth lingering in and photographing.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout. Fully equipped kitchen for groups who like to cook in. Workspace setups for the guest who needs to take a Tuesday call before pool time resumes.

About the host

Your host

Host profile image
Why, hello, darling. I’m Mrs. Belvedere, your host here at The Adler. I’m caftans by day, disco by night, and a firm believer that every stay should feel like a fabulous escape. I’ve curated this desert gem with style, sparkle, and a wink of mischief. Whether you're here to unwind or indulge in a little luxury, just know: you’re in very glamorous hands.

Why they chose this property

I chose Racquet Club Estates because it sits at the glamorous crossroads of Palm Springs design and Hollywood history. In 1934, actors Charles Farrell and Ralph Bellamy opened the Palm Springs Racquet Club, which quickly became a star magnet with tennis courts, the Bamboo Room, a sparkling pool, and chic bungalows.

Developers followed the sparkle. The Alexander Construction Company built Racquet Club Estates in 1959 through the early 1960s, with architect William Krisel shaping the neighborhood’s signature butterfly roofs, breeze blocks, and indoor-outdoor flow.

You feel that lineage the moment you arrive. Quiet streets. Big mountain views. Iconic mid-century silhouettes at every turn. Minutes to the Uptown Design District, yet wonderfully serene once you are poolside at The Adler. It is history you can live in. And it is exactly where your Palm Springs story wants to begin.

What makes this property unique

The Adler isn’t merely a place to stay, it’s an experience.

Every inch of this mid-century modern gem was styled for the guest who adores beauty, comfort, and a dash of drama. Think statement wallpaper, sculptural lighting, a gold bathroom that practically winks at you, and our signature pink cheetah, Roxy, who keeps watch over the desert magic.
You’ll sip coffee with mountain views, bask by the turquoise pool, and feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of a design magazine. The Adler is a love letter to Palm Springs glamour, past and present, and every stay is meant to feel like your own private desert escape.
