Luxurious Winter Retreat
This home is one of the closest available homes for Tennis pros, executives and family to stay and walk to the March BNP Tennis event. Indian Wells tennis center is located down the street which is a shuttle stop area for Coachella festival.
There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores located within a few miles of this home.
Each Bedroom has a TV and WiFi is available throughout the home. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bath downstairs. The master has a large closet, soaking tub with separate shower, and vanity area. There is a deck off the master with a great view of the golf course.
The three other bedrooms upstairs share a full bath. The large kitchen has all amenities (dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator) plus outdoor barbecue. There is a separate area for coffee and tea. The washer and dryer are newer.
Please note: From October 5th - April 15th the guest can request the pool to be heated. The cost to heat the pool varies depending on the month/weather conditions, contact host for daily heating fee.. The guest can choose to heat or not heat the pool. The host needs 48 hours advanced notice in order to make sure the pool can be heated in time for the guests arrival.

This property is quiet and private. No neighbors behind this home. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or having a relaxing vacation with your family. It features a custom built pool 50+ foot pool, that is perfect for enjoying the warm spring, summer and fall weather. The large spa comfortably fits at least 8 guests and is perfect to relax and enjoy all year.
The home features a built in barbecue, high quality indoor and outdoor furniture. There are beautiful golf course views from the master bedroom.
There are many stores and restaurants, and a movie theater located within a few miles of the home.
This property is located very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It is less than a 1/2 mile walk to attend all tennis garden events. The tennis garden hosts the BNP Paribas tennis Event, Indian Wells Arts Festival, Indian Wells Music Festival, Indian Wells Pickleball Championships and more. Coachella has a shuttle bus stop at Indian Wells Tennis gardens as well.
