Everything was good except for the number of cockroaches. I think the property could benefit from pest control treatment.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you otherwise enjoyed your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cockroaches you encountered. As a tropical destination, Maui can occasionally experience pest activity despite our regular preventative treatments. That said, we take your comments seriously and have shared them with our property management and maintenance teams so they can inspect the unit and arrange any additional pest control measures as needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the guest experience. Thank you for staying with us
