Before You Leave Trash Please put all trash in the trash cans upon leaving. Used Towels Place all used towels at the laundry room. Let's work together to make this a great stay!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors. $500 cleaning fee if violated. No pets. $200 fee and possible cancellation. Only registered guests allowed on property.
Checkout 11 AM. Late checkout $45/hr. No parties or events. $500 fee if violated. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Respect neighbors. No drugs allowed

Our stay was wonderful! The La Casita was so clean. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. If you needed anything or questions for Juan he would contact you within minutes. I felt at home so very comfortable. Anymore visits to Tampa my choice is to stay at the La Casita! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
