Pros- Owner is Johnny on the spot and responds immediately. The fridge went out during my stay and it was replaced that day. - House is quiet from traffic- It is within walking distance of everything downtown- Nice place to sit out front- Plenty of plates, cutlery, some cookware, some tide pods to do laundry, and coffee pods.- Some hangers in the closetCons- The kitchen is stocked enough to do basic meals. I had to buy a large pot and spatula which isn't a big deal, but I thought I was going to have a fully stocked kitchen based off the description.- There were four grains of salt in the shaker (lol), apple cider vinegar, and a pepper shaker. Saying that the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a light meal or a holiday feast!" is misleading. - The photos are pretty generous. It's an old house with updates, but it's still an old house if that matters to you.- Exterior pictures don't show the highway a hop, skip and jump away from the house- Toilet paper holder kept falling off and we were only given two rolls for a 10 day stay. - Hot water comes from every faucet except the shower- The shared wall of the duplex can be loud if there is someone occupying the other half- The blankets/bedding didn't make me hot or cold, there were no additional blankets other than what was on the beds.- Thermostat sticks so it was either blowing cold air or hot air, but would not stop.Overall I would stay here again, but I would also consider other housing options.
