The property is beautiful and clean. The location is not too far from the sites but located in a peaceful area.We had an issue with the lack of transparency during the booking. This property is handled as a B&B which means it rents out just the bedrooms. The owner is onsite a times during the day and all night long with access to all the property accept the locked bedroom doors. This was not advertised and when we requested the privacy we expected we were told it would cost an additional 800 Euros a night.Due to this conflict that we couldn't resolve we needed to spend our vacation time finding a new place to stay which was quite unfortunate. I provided feedback that the listing should be made clearer to provide accurate information for future travelers.

The property is professionally managed, and any on-site presence is strictly limited to assistance if required, without accessing or interfering with guest areas. The booking in this case was for private suites, not for exclusive use of the entire villa, which is available under a different arrangement. This distinction is reflected in the listing structure. We regret that your expectations did not fully align with the booking type selected, and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to further improve clarity for future travelers.
