We stayed 4 days of the scheduled stay, pool area was in poor repair, screens loose, door screens missing or falling out. Grill area was a mess. yard was weeds, broom leaning by garage, garbage bin left out in front of home.

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear your stay was cut short. I hope you are feeling better. We did have screen replacement scheduled for the home as discussed. The wind has been unseasonably strong this year. Your stay overlapped during the trash days, which involve the dumpster being moved to the road and back to the home by guests. If you needed it moved for you, we would have been happy to help, but we were not asked. We were not made aware about any other items needing attention such as the grill but would have loved to know to have it serviced. Wish you well.
