Cheerful lakefront cottage sleeps 4. One bedroom with queen size bed and lake view, one bedroom with twin size trundle beds. One full bathroom. Outside deck with beautiful sunset views. and fire pit. Dock with chairs for seating however not suitable for overnight docking due to winds on the lake. Nearby marina rents boat slips.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, W/D, WiFi, outdoor grill, TV with DVD player.

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen because our family has enjoyed many summers on beautiful Lake Chautauqua. The lakefront experience is a relaxing time to enjoy the view, family, water activities as well as biking, walking and the Chautauqua Institute. It is also close to nearby skiing at Holiday Valley or Peak n' Peak.

What makes this property unique

The sunset views from the deck will amaze. Large picturesque windows also allow for beautiful views of the lake.
