This suite includes a third floor bedroom, a loft space with two twin beds, and a pull out queen bed couch. 1 mile to Bemus Point Center and close to many other area amenities.

I love the area, it’s quiet and peaceful and there are lots of things to do all year! It’s also a perfect retreat when you just want to get away from it all.

Our property was originally a dairy barn and converted to a house sometime in the 70’s. It’s charming and eclectic and massive!
