Consider this building for your next retreat or large friend gathering. This unique property boasts 8 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 11 queen beds. With amenities like a 525 sq foot Yoga Studio, 2 kitchens, 2 more gathering den like areas. The studio has ZEBRA flooring, designed for yoga but suitable for other types of "shoes off " use. ie, wellness type retreat. Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Our outdoor space has 2 additional showers, season premitting. The outdoor fire-pitt has a 15x15 foot cement sectional and some additional adorandack chairs. This property is a one mile walk/run to the Heights beach. Falmouth is the best year round Cape Cod town that stays vibrant with shops and resturants.
This property is offered here with all three floors and the yoga studio, for dates between November and April. It has been a VRBO rental for three summers now , if you want to see the reviews please visit the property # ID 2792977 . Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding in place.They are gattered and removed off site for cleanning.
Trash Cans are through the fence gate behind the grill.
Towels can be left near the washer on the bottom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
