We have eight bedrooms with ocean views, 7 baths, two kitchens- three refrigerators, two ovens, four fireplaces, great dining room with fireplace, wifi, flat screen, warmth, privacy, on two private acres. Local rentals for Kayaking, paddle boarding, & wind surfing. swimming in warm water-18 hole golf course at the beginning of driveway. Sports court- 180 acres of wildlife sanctuary-on two private acres. The home is nestled in a very private area of Little Harbor, however, just a few miles from everything one needs. It is like what the Cape is all about, tranquil, beautiful, fun, incredible sunsets and NO TRAFFIC. Cape Cod Hidden Gem - cozy home and perfect for winter and summer vacations. This is a natural beach and unlike a town beach it is not consistently cleared of seaweed and shells. You also have access to the public beach which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Parking there is for town residents with beach stickers.

The home is nestled next to 150 acres of wildlife sanctuary and has beautifully landscaped grounds. At the foot of the driveway is an 18 hole golf course. Some of the best windsurfing in the world is outside your front deck. Perfect also for kayaking, paddle -boarding, or just swimming in the warm waters. Clamming & fishing are also favorites right outside your deck. Adirondack chairs are positioned around the grounds and on the beach for your comfort. The home has over 200' of private beach and the water is both safe and warm. Even during the winter months, there have been many times that all of us have been enjoying the sun on the oceanside deck. You can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Cape without ever leaving the property!

There are two fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, breakfast nook, industrial size prep table, three refrigerators, dishwashers and two ovens. The home offers an 80 foot outdoor deck overlooking the ocean to enjoy all of the incredible views and sunrises and sunsets. Full size formal dinning room for sit down meals and holiday events. 2 full size enclosed porches with full ocean views. All rooms downstairs and bedrooms upstairs face the ocean for a wonderful view and sea breeze. To experience the house is to experience the most fabulous, serene vacation on the entire Cape. Baseball enthusiasts can take in Wareham Gatemen games of the Cape Cod League during the summer, seeing young talent as they progress to the major leagues. Last but not least, for history buffs, the famous whaling city of New Bedford and Plimouth historical sites are each approximately twenty minutes away. How wonderful for families to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday.
