Every detail is of the highest quality to evoke a relaxed upscale modern beach vibe.

We are less than a miles walk or a quick bike ride down Rehoboth Ave to the beach and all of downtown shops.

My whole group enjoyed staying at Brad’s place. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We really liked the location and found it convenient for both driving and walking places. And we really loved having the parking permit. We ended up using it for the beach and also later on when we went downtown for dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very clean. We were close to the beach about 6-8 minute drive with traffic. Overall we would highly recommend.

Truly a wonderful experience. Myself, and 3 adult granddaughter’s had more than enough space. The kitchen had absolutely everything one could need, even if they wanted to cook a nice meal. The large kitchen island is a perfect place to plan the days adventures. But, there’s such a variety of restaurants nearby, why would we?Dinner out and drinks on the wonderful terrace balcony was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This was my second time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The house is as I remember with a large kitchen and living area that is bright, clean and comfortable. This time instead of my children I brought my elderly parents and although there is a steep set of stairs they managed well. All enjoyed the streaming TV service and proximity to the restaurants and beach.

House is beautiful as advertised. This is our second time staying. Lots of space and easily walkable to the beach if you enjoy being outside. Door is a little tricky to open.

This place is amazing! Impeccably clean, great layout, plenty of space, nice outdoor space (we didn’t use as it rained while we were there) I could picture using it in the summer! Well stocked kitchen. Everything worked as expected. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Rehobeth- the house was comfortable and beautifully decorated; had everything we needed for cooking a nice meal; bed was comfortable - but my favorite part was the upstairs hangout room and rooftop deck: really nice! We loved that we were right off the bike path.

This property is AMAZING!!! Its very modern, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The pool and neighborhood are wonderful and close to many neat shops and restaurants. The beach and boardwalk are also within walking distance. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
