NEW MANAGEMENT- European-inspired Château, This estate offers a chef’s kitchen, a luxurious primary suite with a spa-like bath and stunning guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath.
The entertainment-ready basement features a bourbon barrel-themed wine bar, a home theater, game room. A guesthouse provides space for an office, or extra bedroom. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kentucky’s horse country and indulge in the luxury and privacy this chateau offers.
THE SPACE:
Experience unparalleled luxury in this architectural masterpiece, situated on 5 acre land with sweeping views of the heavenly bluegrass. This newly reimagined rental features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse, along with an array of high-end finishes throughout. Perfect for families and small groups, there are plenty of beds and bunk beds available. Close to shops, malls, and restaurants, it is right by the border of the city of Lexington. Please feel free to ask the host about the best hiking guides, bourbon tastings, or restaurant recommendations.

The whole main house except the maintenance and electronic room in the basement. Additional guesthouse for additional guest.

Other things to note
-The Wedding/Event venue can only be permitted only with prior written permission of the host.
Parties of 16 or more constitute an event and are subject to an Event Fee. No live music or DJ is allowed without prior written permission from the owner. NO smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home. Do not move the furniture. If you need anything moved for submit your requests and we will take care of it. Do not attach anything to the walls.If you have kids, make sure they don't touch the walls with dirty hand or write on them.
Any damage to the walls, broken bunk beds, or beds will be subject to extra fees. If you have pets, be sure to clean their feet. Pick up after your pet. ( make sure to check the daily pet fee ). Leaving visible stains on the light carpets or not picking up after your Pet will incur an additional fee of minimum $100. Pool Rules:For the safety of all guests jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.The hot-tub must be completely covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Access information will be sent to you via text message or email a day before your arrival. The property is gated, and cameras are in place around the property for your security. Please read house rules before booking! Important : If you have pets or extra guests not submitted, we have outdoor cameras monitoring the property. Please note that any misrepresentation may lead to the cancellation of your booking and require you to vacate the property. Compliance with Kentucky regulations is important to us. Thank you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not make the beds at the time of checkout. Just leave them the way they are so we know which ones have been used. If you don’t have any need for the extra beds, please do not use them.
Those have been smoked outside, they must clean up the cigarette butts outside.
Please do not take our Bluetooth speaker or any other items we have provided for you during your stay with you when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum two dogs allowed per Stay. diving/jumping in pool strictly prohibited. Hottub must be covered when not in used. Clean the cigarettes butts
Per county code 10 Guests total per house. Misrepresenting may result in being asked to leave the property and canceling your reservation.

Our group of 9 friends had a fantastic stay! There is so much space to spread out, and the layout gives each of the bedrooms privacy. The kitchen with double islands and double refrigerators is a dream! Everyone commented on how tastefully the castle theme was done. And it's only 15 minutes to the airport and Keeneland. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

This house was amazing. The rooms were all very unique and tastefully appointed. We had plenty of room for our very large family gathering of fourteen- with kids, young grandkids, extra babysitting help and our family Golden Retriever. The host met our first arrivers and stayed attentive via text the entire stay. The property was close to the horse farms we wanted to visit and our excursion on the Bourbon Trail! We spent time in a wonderfully clean and warm jacuzzi...A great time was had by all and we hope to be back!

the property is very well kept and the hosts are so very friendly and willing to help with anything. there is lots of fun to be had here as there are several special places in the property including a castle like intimate tv room, a wine tasting room, a full tv theater, an everything you've ever wanted kitchen, and lots of roomy bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It's a great place for a large family gathering or friendly get together. The hot tub and pool are very clean. Pool table, fooze ball, and other gaming areas. In a quiet horse farm area close to the end of road yet only 25 min from downtown. It's an experience you wont forget. We had 9 adults and three children 8 to 14 and the children were always entertained by the setting and all the things to do. The host was most accomodating when one in our party at the last minute needed something special.

The Ultimate Kentucky Experience!We were warmly greeted by the host upon arrival, who thoughtfully walked us through all of the remotes and entertainment systems. The location is incredibly private, yet just a short drive from stunning horse farms and world-class bourbon distilleries. Fine dining and shopping are also conveniently located within five minutes.The photos are an exact reflection of the home’s breathtaking, five-star quality. The hosts themselves were equally five-star, responding to any questions within minutes. The house offers so many cozy and inviting spaces to relax — while I’m not sure of the exact capacity, it comfortably accommodates a large group.What an exceptional stay! If you’re looking for true Lexington horse-country charm, this is without a doubt the very best Vrbo has to offer.
