My husband and I have lived in Tucson since 2006. We’ve lived all over the city, but have been in this home since 2017. We own a gin bar in downtown Tucson and are busy with our 3 kids. We’ve been landlords for 10 years, both short term and long term.

Why they chose this property

The Civano neighborhood is an award winning neighborhood nestled at the base of the Rincon Mountains. We are close to Saguaro National Park, Kartchner Caverns, and Pima Air and Space Museum. Downtown Tucson is only a 25 min drive away, and we are about 1 hour from Mt. Lemmon. Neighborhood details can be found at www.Civano.org

What makes this property unique

Scandinavian style in the heart of the southwest with stunning views of the Catalina Mountains and the Rincon Mountains. The casita is 2 blocks from the community pool, tennis courts, and community center. If you enjoy biking or walking, the 2.5 mile path that circles the neighborhood is right outside the door.
