Located just 1 block from the prestigious 4th Ave! Enjoy this quaint historic home built in 1908. You have all the nightlife including clubs, restaurants and dives. A stones throw from the Tucson Street Car and just minutes from Downtown and the University or Arizona. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the place!

This studio offers a queen size bed, Roku TV with Netflix, WiFi, full kitchen with all brand new appliances including Keurig, refrigerator, microwave and stove.

The space

Location! Location! Location! Everything is right here. Park your car in your designated spot on the property and walk. Need to commute downtown or to the U of A? The Tucson Street Car will take you there. The Rail stop is literally a 2 minute walk from here, jump on and go! All restaurants, bars, clubs, dives, shopping, etc. is all accessible on foot or by rail access.

Guest access

Guests have access to all the amenities of a full house. A kitchen that includes an oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. We offer complementary coffee and waters. We also offer convenient coded locks which makes checking in a breeze. Last but not least there is a dedicated parking spot available off the street.

The location of this bright and cozy property was excellent. It was in such a walkable area-convenient to restaurants, downtown and Univ of Ariz. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Would be nice if a bottle opener was supplied. Laundry was great, everything was well supplied. Only thing I see that needs done is replace some light bulbs, especially the outside porch lights. I would definitely recommend staying here as easy access to most everything
