Location on the beach for us was great. We were on the ground floor and didn’t have a view but the ocean was only steps away. We were away from the lights and busier beach area in Cocoa but close enough to walk in if we wanted to, 1.6 miles of beach beautiful beach walking to the Pier and 1 mile to watch the cruise ships go out in the opposite direction.
