Discover this 2-bedroom gem in North Topsail Beach. This amazing condo offers a king bed, sofa bed, and bunk bed for a wonderful night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up after a day at the beach. The living room provides an enjoyable space to relax on the sofa bed. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

Long term stays available during off-season (November - March)
April - October: 2 pool bands are provided complementary, 4 more can be purchased additionally for a fee of $35.00 each;
Early checkin is available upon availability and has to be agreed upon at least 24-48 hours prior to arrival

Longer stays (4 days and more) will be charged with additional cleaning fee of $50.00

Larger groups (party of 4 and up) will be charged with additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay as it requires our housekeeping team more time to prepare the unit for the next guest

Mid term stays (7-20 days) will require a vacation rental agreement and ID verification, longer term stays (over 20 days) will additionally require mandatory background check and security deposit in the amount of first month rental

Our team is available through between 12 and 9 pm daily to assist with any questions related to upcoming stay

It’s a resort, however we did not have Acess to the amenities. We had to walk away from the property to a public beach Acess. My wife and son took a walk on the beach after dark and could not get back into the property from the beach. When we asked about the Acess keys we didn’t get a response from VRBO. Once we were able to contact them they were rude. Then They offered an extra night after we checked out. I Got a sleaze vibe from support too.

The place was beautiful, roomy, clean. Location excellent. The communication with the host had some challenges, but mostly our fault for doing a poor job when we booked with the correct number of guests. Glad we worked it out.

When we arrive to the property and we were unable to access the property because the host was not available to provide directions for check-in. We had to find another accommodation for the two evenings. They did reach the next week to offer an apology Our money has yet to be refunded.

the description was accurate but the property condition was poor.I expected outdated furnishings and appliances, plus zero amenities ( no bath soap etc) etc, HOWEVER this condo had broken furniture, a broken AC in the half with the king bed and a window that was sliding from the top and open all night- I did try to push it up - it wasnt locking. the remote controls were STICKY to TOUCH and the ice maker in the fridge was jammed and filled with melted and re-frozen ice . this place just appears to not have been inspected or care for. When I sent an offline message to the host instead of a review - instead of thanking me and insuring that they appreciate knowing the condition of their condo, this host accused me of smoking ( I have never smoked in my life) causing the open window that wouldn't close and having an unauthorized pet - please note that I did take my 20lb doggo but only bc it said pet friendly with no hidden fees. this is MY BAD for not reading the full policy page that mentions letting them know about a pet . location is great, resort amenities nice but I wouldn't recommend renting from this owner. (pic below the notes on allowing a pet )

We had a very disappointing experience staying at this Villa Capriani condo. The property was advertised as having access to amenities including the pool and the private beach entrance, which were key factors in our decision to book.Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed by the onsite manager that the owners of this unit had their privileges suspended due to unpaid dues—and that this had been the case for a significant period of time. As a result, we had no access to the pool or the private beach entrance during our entire stay.We made multiple attempts to contact the owner and reached out to VRBO for assistance, but we were unable to get timely answers or any meaningful resolution. We ended up spending a significant portion of our vacation trying to resolve an issue that should never have occurred in the first place.This listing is misleading and falsely advertised, as it promotes amenities that are not actually available to guests. This had a major negative impact on our trip, and we would not recommend staying here unless this issue is fully resolved and accurately disclosed.
