Luxurious, cozy carriage house above detached garage in DOWNTOWN APEX. This beautiful property features a private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a lovely living room with a queen sofa bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, linens, toiletries and hair dryer. The home is well equipped to cook meals, even better, walk downtown to several authentic restaurants. Unique shops and the Halle Center are also a walking stroll away. Electronic Charging Station downtown as well as EV Parking at downtown establishments. Beaver Creek shopping center is a quick 2 mile drive which includes popular chain restaurants and shopping. Of course it is equipped with essential AC,heat, iron. We live in the home in front of the property and if there's a special request for additional home items, feel free to ask.
We have a fantastic parking situation. Please let us know if you need special parking accommodations for a trailer/boat/camper. We could likely arrange to meet your needs. Short drive to Pleasant Park and RDU is 20 min away.

Our beautiful new home is 3 blocks from downtown with a fantastic parking situation. Pictures don’t do it justice as many guests have explained. We reside in a house in front and can be fairly accessible if needed and are very respectful of privacy.
