Why they chose this property
This home is located on the most scenic route in Mount Dora. I'm originally from Lake County and have always enjoyed the Harris chain of lakes, boating and fishing, especially Lake Dora..
What makes this property unique
I think what makes this property special is the direct access to the lake with your own private boating dock and swing. And only 1 mile from downtown. 37 miles to Universal Studios, and 45 miles from Walt Disney World attractions.
