The large eat in kitchen features a double door refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, white cabinets, pantry, and lots of counter space. An in-unit washer and dryer it there your convenience as well as a coin operated laundry on the floor. Two waterfront balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living area bring the beautiful views inside and offer a beautiful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunset. Outside there is a designated parking space right next to the elevator. This gated over 55 community offers separate pickleball and tennis courts, five heated pools. A beautiful waterfront walking path surrounds the community. The community is within walking distance of the Corey Avenue causeway and a bike ride to St. Pete beach. Fort De Soto Park and Passa-a-Grille beach are a short drive away. Catch the Sunrunner bus right outside the gate to ride to the beach or to downtown St. Petersburg. The location is convenient to grocery stores and shopping centers. All rentals must be for a minimum of 30 nights per the condominium association. One small dog, less than 15 lbs. is welcome with owner approval. Please Note: The management company requires a confidential background check of all renters and owners. The owner will pay the associated fee. Please allow a minimum of ten days for the background check.
