Bournecoast are delighted to offer THE SANDY NOOK, a perfectly positioned two bedroom, second floor apartment with a fresh, modern interior. The apartment is just a few hundred yards from the Southbourne cliff tops and then down on to the award winning sandy beaches. The popular Southbourne Grove is also just a short walk away offering a wide range shopping facilities and eateries. This apartment makes for a very modern, coastal retreat, which is perfect for families. It is ideal for visitors looking for a first class, luxurious stay opposite the clifftop and beach. There are other holiday apartments in this block if you wanted to take advantage of family or friends holidaying together.

THE ACCOMMODATION
This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with Bunk Beds comprising of a Double Bunk Bed and a Single Bunk Bed.

There is an open plan, beautifully furnished lounge/kitchen/diner which includes a sofa bed to sleep up to two people and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider).

The modern kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE.

There is a modern shower room with a shower cubicle and a toilet.

This accommodation comes with one allocated parking space in the car park.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is a charming coastal suburb situated on the eastern side of Bournemouth, perfectly positioned between the vibrant seafront of Bournemouth and the historic town of Christchurch. The award-winning Southbourne beach is easily accessed via the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope, where you will also discover the Victorian funicular cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk itself, families can enjoy a well-equipped childrens playground, a round of crazy golf, or simply relax at the popular Cafe Riva, which sits on the clifftop serving food and drinks. For those who enjoy scenic walks, Boscombe Pier is around a 20-minute stroll along the promenade, while Bournemouth Pier can be reached in about 45 minutes, offering a wonderful way to take in the coastline. Southbourne Grove, the local bustling high street, is just a 10-15 minute walk from the property and boasts a fantastic mix of independent shops, stylish bars, cosy cafes and excellent restaurants, giving it a lively yet village-like feel. A short drive will take you to Wick Village, a picturesque riverside area offering walks, boating activities, a public slipway and even a 3-par golf course and driving range. Here you will also find Tuckton Tea Gardens, as well as ferries that run along the River Stour to Christchurch Quay. Just beyond is Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve, a site of natural beauty rich in wildlife and history, where visitors can take the land train to the famous Mudeford Sandspit, a stunning spot popular for its colourful beach huts. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.
