Every inch of the carriage house was thought out in meticulous detail and it shows! With style and energy efficiency top of mind, it is truly a welcoming and impressive space. The high ceilings give an open and airy feel, while the height and surrounding lush greenery give you a bit of a treehouse vibe. The bathroom is gorgeous, and the kitchen is perfectly planned to maximize functionality without sacrificing style -- the dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer are all hidden drawer-style. Luxury sheets and 100% cotton quilts will have you sleeping like a dream!

North Downtown is the posh downtown Charlottesville neighborhood. Winding streets, unique architecture, old growth trees, and its proximity to the Downtown Mall, home of all of the restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops in Charlottesville, make this neighborhood special.
Public transportation (buses and trolleys) is very close by. The walkability of the carriage house is excellent, and parking is easy. Ubers and Lyfts are also plentiful in the area!
