Host was not accommodating. We were assigned a garage parking space but host would not give us a door fob to get in and out. Host also did not give us keys to enter bldg by the elevators, so we had to enter at end of building and walk up 2 flights to the condo. We are 76 years old and that was not always easy. They also did not let us use mail box, and renting for 2 months was inconvenient
