This property is not pet friendly - do not bring your dogs- there are literally bears everywhere -I live in the mountains and have never seen so many bears in my life. There is not a spot to let the dogs out on a leash to even pee without trudging down 20 wide steps. . Hot tub is on bottom floor in the open -pretty unusable considering there were bears everywhere. Ants in the kitchen invaded all of our food - we were told that they would send pest control when we left and “sorry about your snacks.” Stairs are not safe- slick wood and wide steps - so dangerous. Driveway is so sloped I went backwards after it rained due to it needing to be pressure washed as well as the steepness.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay were frustrating. We did attempt to reach out to you after your stay to better understand your concerns, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them. We take feedback regarding safety, maintenance, and pest control seriously and will be reviewing these items with our team. While bears are a natural part of the mountain environment, we understand that their presence can be concerning, especially when traveling with pets. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
