About the host
Hosted by Betty Rennie
I grew up in Virginia, and the water has always been my happy place. Some of my best memories are from sailing on the Chesapeake Bay with friends and family.
There's just something about the Bay - ever changing, peaceful, & healing.
Hosting gives me the opportunity to share a piece of God's world that I find to be the very best. I love having a place where friends & families can create their own special memories as they experience the Bay life.

Why they chose this property
I have spent over 40 years enjoying this area of the Chesapeake Bay. The people are friendly, the weather is ever changing and the views are magnificent.
What makes this property unique
BayWatch is aptly named for ALL that there is to see. It is situated in a very secluded area at the end of a private road. Children & dogs can play freely without worry of cars. The water is shallow, allowing for great swimming. Some days the water is as smooth as glass & other days, waves may break over your head! The beach does change at the whim of the Bay's waves & tides. The property is directly across from Tangier Island, so the channels that ships follow are closer to our shore, allowing great views of all types of vessels.
