Cape Winds Resort is a well maintained, OCEANFRONT complex located in Cape Canaveral between Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. The resort is steps from the beach and this unit is DIRECTLY OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. You can easily join other beach lovers soaking up sun on the beach, frolicking in the waves or strolling the beach to the port or the Cocoa Beach Pier. From the beach, you even have a great view of the rocket launches. In addition to the ocean, the resort has a beautiful, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, charcoal BBQ, basketball court and 2 tennis/pickleball court. The resort is just minutes from grocery shopping and a short drive to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach where you explore local restaurants, bars and shops. Many of the bars offer music and dancing on the weekends. The resort is also an hour away from the entertainment parks in Orlando.

If you're looking for a beachy, classy ocean front condo, this two bedroom, two bathrooms with a double sized balcony is ideal. This third-floor unit has a breathtaking view of the ocean and a beautiful white sandy beach. You can see the ocean from every room except the bathrooms and second bedroom. The views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom will leave you speechless. Listening to the beach will wash away any stress. You can relax on the large, over-sized private balcony while overlooking the ocean and the voyages of the cruise ships. Comfortable chairs and outside dining table make the perfect place for a break from the ocean.

The unit has everything you will need for a stay at the beach. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, and clothes. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are provided. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals. The bathrooms have all the basics including hand soap, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bedrooms also have all the basics and are very comfortable with lots of storage and a television. Publix & Dollar General are a short distance away if you need to shop for food, snacks or more beach accessories.

This two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps four. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom provides extra sleeping with 2 twin bed. The second bath is a full bath located in the hallway off the second bedroom. The unit also has its own washer and dryer.

Amazing vacation

My family and I have been going to this area for years and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. Right on the beach, walking distance for everything we wanted to do. This condo came equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week vacation. The kids loved the pool area and the beach was amazing. Hoping to stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful Views/Family Friendly

Unit 306 is our favorite place to stay at Cape Winds! Fred and Lisa are amazing to work with and make our family vacation stress free! The condo is fully equipped and offers the best views of sunrises, rocket launches, and cruise ship activity. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great! Plenty of restaurants nearby! My family has been coming to Cape Winds for many years and planned to return!

Post Cruise Beach Break

We had a great week-long vacation following a cruise from Port Canaveral. Perfect location right on the beach with a huge double balcony overlooking the ocean. Hosts were very communicative to make sure everything met our needs.

Lovely stay

This property and area is so clean, family oriented and just what we needed. Everything was comfortable and exactly as stated. The weather was colder than normal for Florida but was so peaceful and lovely just watching the ocean. Definitely will be back!

Good location (watched a rocket launch from the beach). Beach was never crowded, just a nice mix of people. Good amount of supplies (really helps with grocery prices so high) and beach equipment.

Property exceeded expectations! Owners went above and beyond!!

I had a fabulous stay here with family at the end of a long hot summer. The property exceeded expectations - the unit was very cool, and much nicer than what I expected from the pictures. The owners were very communicative, and in my situation were able to grant an extension of my stay. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Clean, great view and location. Had a problem with A/C, owner had someone there within an hour. He also showed up to make sure everything was okay. Problem quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Would stay here again if in the area.

The property was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with pool toys and kitchen essentials. The building is a little dated but clean. The beds and chairs were comfortable. The wicker couch was not. The owner was very responsive and nice.

Beautiful views! Great location!

My husband and I spent 21 days at this property. The condo was equipped with most everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The views cannot be beat! Sunrises each morning were amazing! The location of this property makes restaurants and other activities super easy! We walked every morning and the entire neighborhood is safe and friendly. The condo was clean but some things needed to be redone. Overall we were very satisfied with this property and the communication. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Christmas getaway on the space coast

We loved everything about our stay. Minutes after booking I received a message from Fred and Lisa with everything I needed to know about our reservation, and the excellent communication continued from there. They let us know that the condo was ready for us early, which I couldn't have been more grateful for. The view was spectacular. We even got to watch a launch from the balcony. The beach was steps away. Everything we could possibly need was provided (beach chairs and towels, boogie boards etc) plus some! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Fred and Lisa for everything, I hope we have an opportunity to stay again in the future!

Great spot on the ocean

Ended up spending a bit more than I had initially wanted to, there were other spaces next for less, so I was skeptical heading into it... But I ended up VERY pleased with the decision. The refreshing ocean breeze and balcony view were definitely worth the extra $. The condo itself was as expected, vibes matched the location and the kitchen had everything needed. Cape Winds had nice amenities. The pool seemed considerably larger than it looked in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Hot tub and Sauna were nice, too. Basketball and tennis were a bonus. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach stuff in the rooms. All in all it was an awesome experience. We saw a couple of rockets and made some great memories on our honeymoon. Fred was very responsive to the couple questions we had and made sure everything was good. We recommend!

We would definitely stay here again !

The unit itself was clean, floors, tables, linens, bathrooms, etc. There were minor cleanliness issues with some dishes and the coffee pots but no big deal. There were only three of us so we did not use the dishwasher, they provided a full size bottle of Dawn dish soap (thank you ), so we don't know how well it washes. We hand washed things instead.We did not need to contact the owner about anything. The unit had the pots, pans, and utensils, everything we needed for cooking. The recliners in the living room were comfy. They also provided full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was very nice.The king size bed has a firm mattress with an egg crate style topper on it, which softened the mattress some. Overall it was comfortable. Our 7-year-old slept well and did not have any complaints about his mattress. We could not get the patio doors to lock ( human error ? ) but we were on the third floor so it didn't matter. We felt safe in the area. Being a woman I even felt safe enough to walk on the beach by myself and take our 7-year-old to the beach by myself. The other people we met that were staying in the building were nice, so were the people on the very uncrowded beach. The balcony view is much better in person. I think you are closer to the beach than it appears in the pictures. We spent most of our time out there when we were " home" .The view is wonderful. There is almost a constant ocean breeze so you could sit on the balcony even if it is very hot outside. The balcony furniture was nice and spider-free !! There was a table with four chairs so we could eat on the balcony. There were two comfortable wicker chairs with a small table in the middle, And also two " zero gravity " chairs. I believe that's what they're called, also with a small table in the middle. The pool area was also clean. I noticed when it was almost closing time for the pool the employees began sanitizing the furniture in the pool area. Going through the pool area is one way of getting to the beach, which is a short easy walk. The unit has beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. There is also an outdoor shower and hose near the pool to spray yourself off with after a day at the beach. We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay in they're great condo !!

Perfect for a family vacation!

Cape Winds, especially unit 306, is our favorite place for a family vacation! We feel like we are home the minute we arrive! The condo is always clean, well equipped and has the perfect amount of space for our family of four! The view is amazing, especially when there are ships coming into port or rockets being launched! Fred and Lisa are awesome to work with! We appreciate them each time we rent this condo! We will definitely be back!
