Why they chose this property
This house is actually near and dear to my heart. I lived near this neighborhood when I first moved to Scottsdale and wound up walking through this neighborhood and thinking to myself, this is the neighborhood where I want to live.
Well about 8 years later, I ended up moving into this house and living there for 3 years. It provides a quiet off the beaten path neighborhood experience, while still being very close to all of what Scottsdale has to offer.

This spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 2 story house offers a private 2nd master bedroom downstairs along with a private backyard (the trees keep growing!) a new travertine pool deck, out door BBQ, front lounge area and separate sitting room with a pullout 6th bed!
