This building has two apartment suites per floor. 4 total Private Apartment suites fully furnished. Each suite having apx 649 sq ft with 4 bedrooms with a Queen bed, 4 full size bathroom with tub/shower combo, 4 fully equipped kitchen and 4 living rooms. Laundry is on the main level. Bath, Bed and Office Essentials provided for your convenience.
Ongoing housekeeping is offered
The space
Each unit, almost identical in size and layout has a queen bed, bedroom with double closets, living room, full bathroom, full kitchen and picture windows. There's also a desk and printer in each with bed, bath and office essentials for your convenience.

Housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost or complimentary for some lengthy stays (for common areas with focus on bathroom and kitchen.)

Garages are located directly below the building with parking directly in front of the garage. Some bookings may have access to three one-car garages, however uncovered parking for 4-5 vehicles are guaranteed no matter the booking cost/length of stay.
Guest access
Guest has access to all 4 Units and Laundry Room.

Laundry room and other common and halls are also accessible by maintenance, housekeeping and our local post man/woman.
Other things to note
We have multiple units nearby. Our Hartford location, an 8 bedroom/3 bath or 5-bedroom/2-bath 2 level townhouse ideal for larger groups.
For smaller groups in New Britain we offer a 3-bed/1-bath 5 bed favorite for those wanting a more intimate space with a large open grassed yard, ideal for Yoga lovers and sports playing.
