Condo 9102 has just been updated and has a fresh new look! New 47 inch flat screen TV with Surround Sound, linens, deck furniture!!!
Very comfortable condo on 9th floor (2 sets of elevators! and handicapped accessible) with screened deck overlooking the lake and state park across the water. Condo includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill on deck, gas fireplace, whirlpool garden tub in master bath, wet bar, and many extras. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has King, third bedroom has a set of Queen bunk beds, and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room also has a reading chair. Multiple TV's with one in Living room and one in master bedroom, are a plus for the family or couples. The amenities at The Towers are for Towers guests only and you will find many times, you have the indoor pool, hot tub, work out center, and sauna all to yourself! We also have an outdoor 3000 sq. ft. heated pool. This is a very nicely decorated condo. The Towers is only about one mile to the outlet mall in Osage Beach! FREE WIFI!

Condo 9102 at The Towers has many extras which include a large screened deck, superior sound system and flat screen TV!
Why they chose this property
The Towers offers the only indoor pool , hot tub, sauna and work out room in the same building as your condo in the lake area! It has elevators and is located in the BEST area for boating at the lake, close to calm water and the main channel. Boat rentals are a block away and golf courses are only 12 minutes.
The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
