When going on a 4 month trip to Europe we prefer to let the house to a nice well-educated, trustworthy and reliable family, expats or executives, able to value our property and treat it as their own instead of leaving the house unoccupied.

Guests love the unrestricted views to the Skeleton creek, nature path and wetlands. The house is surrounded by a golf course. Home owners have free excess to the health club with gym and pool and can use the Greg Norman designed 18-hole Golf Course. A nature path starts at our garden gate and offers a great walking and biking track and numerous species of birds to watch.

Guests will wake up in the morning with the first rays of sunlight flooding the bed room, the terrace and the whole house and instead of traffic noise you will enjoy birdsongs every morning.
At night, when sipping your glass of wine, you will see the moon rising and creating a shining silver lining on the surface of the water…. and when you go to bed you’ll see the stars through the skylight windows of the bed room.
Please remember: this sanctuary experience near to nature is only 25 min drive from Melbourne’s cosmopolitan CBD.
