This spacious unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom includes a Roku streaming TV, as does the living room—please note, these TVs are streaming-only. A new set of windows and patio door have been installed in Fall 2025.
Enjoy free WiFi, a private oceanfront patio, and all the comforts of home. The Amelia South complex also offers a large oceanfront pool and parking for two vehicles.

Please be aware that construction is currently scheduled to take place November 6 through February 5, subject to possible delays or schedule changes. Work will primarily affect the south side of the building, including units A–G, the south elevator, and stairwell. Guests staying in north-side units H–N may also experience construction-related noise, including jackhammering and other loud activity. Rental rates during this period have already been adjusted to reflect the potential construction impact. Because this consideration is included in the advertised rate, no additional discounts, refunds, or cancellations related to construction activity or noise will be offered after booking. We encourage guests to consider the possibility of construction noise when making their reservation and to book only if they are comfortable with these conditions.
