Well decorated and cozy apartment with all the amenities to make you feel good and enjoy your holiday. It is located next to the Tourist Office, convenience stores, restaurants and cafes. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cacilheiro (ferry boat) which takes 10 minutes to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré). On the South Bank you can visit Cristo Rei, Almada Castle, the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra. Buses and subway are available. Rent-a-car 5 min walk from the apartment. Pharmacy and ATM at 30m.

Highly recommended apartment in a great location

Check in and communication with the host was overall very smooth, she made sure that we had everything ready for our stay, the apartment was very clean and equipped. My husband is in a wheelchair and it wasn’t an issue, as the apartment is spacious and there’s an elevator in the building.We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to have a comfortable stay in Almada.

Da die Partymeile in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt, kommt es jeden Abend zu Lärmbelästigungen durch sehr angeheiterte Gäste auf dem Heimweg, die z.T. noch vor ihren Autos lange lautstark erzählten auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, aber eben auch für andere!

sauber aber laut

die Wohnung war sauber und aufgräumt, der Kontakt zur Vermietung war freundlich und hilfreich, anfragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, niemals würden wir mit mehr als 3 Personen im Apartment wohnhn wollen, da alles eher klein ist. Damit hätten wir uns in den 5 Nächten auch abgefunden, wenn da nicht die beiden Straßen rings um das Haus wären incl. Altglascontainer. Da es sehr warm war mussten die Fenster nachts offen sein, sodass der unerträgliche Lärm bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (Glasentsorgung, lärmende Passanten aus den umliegenden Kneipen) den Gedanken an Schlaf gar nicht erst aufkommen ließen. Nach 5 schönen Sonnentagen fuhren wir mit erheblichem Schlafdefizit nach Hause.

I am mother of 4 wonderful children, I like to travel and to know other countries. The last great trip was to Croatia that I loved, other fantastic destinations in Portugal are the island of Madeira and the islands of the Azores archipelago.

This year I became a vacation rental owner and my goal is for all my guests to feel at home, to enjoy my apartment, which I loved to decorate to receive them and enjoy visiting Portugal and visiting Lisbon.

Why they chose this property

Very good location, nice apartment, well decorated. The apartment was rented in the traditional model. As I consider a good location for tourists I decided to invest and make the apartment a local accommodation to receive families who want to visit Lisbon and the South Bank of the river Tagus. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (one double and two single), a living room with cable TV, with 200 channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two people.

It has Wi-fi installed, a smart lock and a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. There is a small storage room in the kitchen.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located behind the Tourism Post. Near a street without traffic an full of restaurants, terraces and bars. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Very suitable for families with children.

Located 10 minutes by ferry to Lisbon. It takes 5 minutes walking to get to the ferry.
