Welcome to our family vacation home, our happy place on Sage Lake!

1.5 baths - shower/bathtub. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap included.
kitchen has all necessities- pots and pans, utensils, bowls, crockpots, blender and more.

paddle boat/boards, kayaks, swimming foam pad, access to 2 docks. Guests will have to walk up and down 100 stairs to the lake.
This lake house is a family home, we have made this rental ready for guests to use as well and enjoy the lake life when they can! Guest must follow house rules
Destinations within a 1/2 hour include: Tawas, West Branch, Rose City and Hale

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean coffee pot, microwave, grill and refrigerator
- Wash dishes/put away dishes
- Confirm all windows are closed and latched. - - Close all window treatments.
- All furniture shall be located in its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
