Best place to stay

This was close to beach and was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Best place we have stayed in Hilton head.

We loved the location. It was just a beautiful 5 minute walk to the beach. The villa was spacious and well-equipped for a family. The pool was nearby and we loved the bike trails and natural beauty of Palmetto Dunes.

Would love to rent this condo again !!

Was very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the condo . Was great to have beach towels provided . The rental company was fantastic . Looking forward to renting this condo again.

Great location to beach

Overall impression was great, loved the location and ease of check in. Little things like the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t close due to swelling, or the shower door didn’t slide well were minor annoyances but wouldn’t change whether I would rent here again. We utilized the free passes from Xplorie, which were a bonus as well.

very close to the beach!

This was a lovely place to stay. Our only issue was that someone had taken the Roku so we couldn't use the TV until they came to replace it. The team was very responsive. I loved the neighborhood. And it was very close to the beach!

Great location & super convenient

This is our third star at Palmetto Dunes, but this property was the most ideal in terms of our needs. It is a close walking distance to the main beach area, tennis & pickle ball courts, and the bike rental location. It was the perfect size for a family of 3-4 (though it can accommodate upto 6 or 7. We had to stay inside for 3 days during the tropical storm and having the large space made it much more comfortable. If we vacation again in Palmetto Dunes, we'll be on the lookout for this property or others in the near vicinity.

Overall Solid Place

Place was the right size for a family of 4 and had everything noted in the listing. It was a little dirty when we arrived. We vacuumed once we arrived because we have one child crawling and the dust bin was filled up afterwards. Other than that, everything was good.

Excellent location, plenty of space and great arrangement of furniture for movie night. Beds and linens are comfortable. Washer and dryer are great. The property even provided beach towels and three beach chairs. Only complaint dishwasher doesn’t clean well on most settings on another setting runs continuously for hours and has to be manually shut off and kitchen has a lot of broken/ aged and dirty supplies. Pool is close by which is well kept. Parking was great and this property is so very close to the beach and just a short bike ride to the general store. This would be a 5 star if not for dirty dishes in the cabinets due to malfunction dishwasher.

Perfect Beach Spot!

We stayed at this property last year and saw no reason to look elsewhere this time aroun- it's the perfect place for our family! The pool is right there, beautiful short walk to the beach or the Dunes House for fish tacos and cocktails, and amazing golf footsteps away. We'll be back again next year!

Great location! Enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with property. It was clean, very close to beach (250 steps), quiet, comfortable and walkable to general store which we loved. Perfect spot in Palmetto Dunes and villa was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
