Welcome to 202 Colonnade Club, a beautifully appointed second-floor villa in the serene Shipyard community that offers one-level living without sacrificing style or comfort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway. The primary suite features a king bed and its own full bath with a tub/shower combination, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to the second bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.
Vaulted ceilings in the living room open the space and frame views of the golf course from the living area, primary bedroom, and covered porch. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and the essentials for enjoyable cooking and entertaining.
