Enjoy the 55" smart HDTV in the living area and a 43" TV in the master bedroom as well as a 32" TV in the guest room. There are 2 wifi connections so you will not slow down with all the users and streaming of movies.

This updated top floor villa is located on the beach path, just steps from the ocean. The villa is less than a minute walking distance to the ocean or the popular Dunes House for beachfront casual dining. You can check out the sunrise and be back for your morning coffee in a matter of minutes!

This 2 bedroom, 3 bath villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom. There is a new 43' TV in the bedroom. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen sized beds, a 32' flat screen TV, and a full bath. There is an additional bathroom with a walk in shower, and washer and dryer.

The living area overlooks the lagoon. It is an end unit, and brings in great sunlight all day! From the front of the villa you can see the beach access. Off the back of the villa are 2 decks to enjoy watching the wildlife. One deck is more private, with a great lagoon view, the other deck overlooks the lagoon, and off to the side you can view the people walking to the beach wishing they were staying in your villa rather than walking with all their gear!

The Moorings is located in the popular community of Palmetto Dunes which will offers you amazing amenities. This villa is less than a 3 minute walk to tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis complex, and the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course. Also within a 3 minute walk is the General Store where you can grab great snacks, as well as groceries, beverages, and souvenir items. The Palmetto Dunes Outfitters is less than a 5 minute walk and offers kayak, bike and canoe rentals.

The villa is set up with a keyless entry system. So, you will never have to worry about the safety of your belongings, or remembering your keys. For your convenience we also are set up with password protected wifi.
