The house was clean and well-appointed! Everything was as described. The house is small but nice - my family of 7 was comfortable but I don’t think very many more would fit well. The ceiling fans were great, the kitchen nice, the beds comfortable. The pool was clean and the backyard was lovely. The TVs and appliances all worked as did the AC. The hosts were lovely and responsive. The check-in process was seamless. If I were in this area again I would stay here again. I would have appreciated a couple more tables in the bedrooms, but this is a small gripe. Just a caveat - I don’t know that I would call the water in the back as a “lake” - it definitely was more of a small Florida canal and there would be no swimming or kayaking in it. Overall, a nice property with great hosts and beautiful beaches nearby.
