This coastal retreat is on the second floor in the quaint complex, Lighthouse Point, on Tybee Island's beautiful North Shore. Updated and professionally decorated, this space offers everything you'll need and want for the perfect vacation getaway. You'll enjoy stunning ocean views from a large balcony that stretches across the living room and premier bedroom. There is a walking path to the beach from the condo as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing feet and sandy toys. Swim and tennis also available

Why they chose this property
This lovely condo belongs to a dear friend of mine. It has been in her family for more than thirty years. She lives in Connecticut and appointed me caretaker years ago after I re-designed and renovated it for her. Together, we've made it a premier retreat.
What makes this property unique
This is not an investment property. It is a home by the water, cared for on a regular basis by a handful of the same people. Every detail is maintained and curated with you, our guest, in mind.
