Only 75 yards to the beach!!

Second floor corner unit 1000 square foot condo with open living/dining/kitchen area and lots of windows throughout. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom that has tub and his/her closets. Guest bedroom with twin beds and access to hall bath. Spacious balcony off living room with high top table with 6 chairs. You can see the ocean just down the street! Wifi access. Bar seating in kitchen area and full size washer/dryer in laundry closet. Best of all you are just around the corner from the pier, lots of shops and restaurants! It's the happening end of Tybee, yet down a quiet side street!

The stairs were a pain to carry our luggage and supplies. Kitchen was lacking in many necessary items to cook. It was apparent that the owner does not spend any time here, nor does the propery manager does not really check on the unit, they just send in the housekeepers to get it ready for the next renters.

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Amazing location to beach and great experience. Only issues would be unable to lock front door with code and had to rely on key and shower valve in main bathroom did not get hot but otherwise highly enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is in good condition. It's less than a block to the beach which is what we wanted. We had a minor issue but the property manager answered very quickly. We had a good stay.

This is the second stay at this place - the first being a year ago. It is well stocked with the necessities! Great to have the convenience of dishwasher, washer and dryer! Convenient to beach and “downtown” Tybee. Would stay there again, and would recommend!

This very comfortable condo is just around the corner from the pier, restaurants and clubs yet secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. Although not on the ocean, you can see the beach from the balcony!
