Terrible Experience — Avoid This Property!!!I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly disappointing. When we arrived, every bathroom was completely empty of soap and shampoo, and there was no iron available—something I urgently needed for business meetings. I contacted the host, which turned out to be a management company, and they assured me they would bring toiletries and an iron the next day. That began **three days of back-and-forth messages** with repeated promises of “we’ll be there soon,” but no one ever showed up. Had they just told me no I would have bought that stuff myself. Even more concerning, the upstairs bedroom had no smoke detectors at all, which is a major safety issue—especially when staying with kids. I reached out to VRBO support, and even they weren’t able to get in touch with the host.The location also felt unsafe, with a nearby bridge underpass occupied by many homeless individuals, which added to the discomfort, particularly when traveling with children.Overall, this was a terrible experience. The lack of communication, the misleading responses, and the safety issues make this property one I strongly recommend avoiding. Look elsewhere—there are far better options in the area.
