Walk to the chair lift in 7 minutes or call the free Dial-A-Ride for service to pick you up in your home and drop you off at the chair lift. There is also a free Skier's Parking Lot in Arrowhead. Arrowhead, Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Mountains are a skier's paradise and all inter-connected. This single-family mountain 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 10 comfortably but there is a leather Ralph Lauren pull-out in the living room to sleep 2 more. This is ideal for a family ski vacation. Arrowhead has world-class skiing in walking distance to our home.

Main floor (wood floors with rugs) consists of large kitchen with TV, dining room for 10-12, living room with entertainment unit incl. 45-inch HDTV, PlayStation, board games, fire place, and great open views. Master bedroom-king bed, with 40-inch HDTV, patio and en suite bathroom- both shower and Jacuzzi, walk-in closet. Also, on main floor is a bedroom that has 2 twin beds -with fab views, TV with an en suite bathroom and large closet . Room is big enough to accommodate a crib (making it perfect for a nanny and baby). This room can also be used for a study. Main floor powder room with textured walls.

Upstairs has a junior master (king bed) with walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom w/Jacuzzi and shower, TV, etc., a queen bedroom and a 3 single-bed bedroom that have a shared bathroom with tub and shower. Parking for 1 car in garage & 1 car in the driveway.

Access to outdoor swimming pool in summer and Jacuzzi near the pool in the winter

Great Ski Vacation

We had a great vacation at this house. For those wanting to ski at Beaver Creek/Arrowhead the location is vey convenient. There is a really useful dial-a-ride service. The house is perfect for a large family or group. The kitchen is well supplied. The living room provides a great gathering location. There is a great office for anyone that needs to work during a vacation. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to return,

Wonderful winter wonderland!

John and I spent two weeks in this beautiful community with friends the first week and family the second. The home is very convenient with easy access to the Arrowhead lift. The set up of the house worked well for all of us, furnishings well kept and very home is very clean. The property manager was very receptive when called and cleaning service mid stay was excellent. The only suggestion I would have would be to organize the kitchen cookware better. Just seemed many items have been shelved in wrong place and difficult to find. But once found it is obvious everything is there. We did not realize the fifth bedroom was roll away beds in closet of office. It worked fine but took a while to find the beds. Overall a very nice house and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time staying in Arrow head. We would absolutely come again! This home is in a perfect location super close to Arrow head lift as well as community hot tub and pool. The house itself easily accommodates a large group, plenty of beds as well as a large kitchen. Lots of great meals were enjoyed here. Absolutely a family vacation to remember. Wonderful Winter Stay

Our stay in Arrowhead was a wonderful stay. The home is has a phenomenal location to the ski mountain, all of a seven minute walk. The house was warm and inviting, the fireplace was a welcome site after a day of skiing. The dining table was large enough to accomodate all of our guests for the many home cooked meals. Would definitively recommend this home.

Wonderful Xmas

We had a fabulous Xmas ! 10 of us representing 4 generations stayed in the house and loved it. Arrowhead is the best kept secret in Colorado. Call the shuttle and your in the lift line in 10m and skiing over to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. No hassle , no schlepping gear and so convenient. We ended shopping at the Costco in Eagle and cooking every meal at home! Best family vacation ever!!!!!

Lovely home for vacationing

We had a party of 9 adults and were very comfortable and happy in this property. The homeowner was very responsive when we found it necessary to contact her. The neighbors we met were all friendly as well as the security guards at the front gate. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We recently had the privilege of spending 5 weeks in the Kushner home. This beautiful home had everything we could ask for. It is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, yet a 5-10 minute walk to the Arrowhead base area where you can ski out or the shuttle can take you to Beaver Creek. The office was a wonderful space for my husband to work out of - it even had its own bathroom. The master bedroom is plush and the junior master suite was a wonderful space for our nanny. If you are looking to spend time in the Beaver Creek area - I would highly recommend this property. I think the location is more convenient than Beaver Creek Village if you want to spend time in Edwards and Avon - which I definitely recommend. The owner and property manager are wonderful to work with and readily available for questions and concerns. We can't wait for our next stay!! Thank you!!

Beautiful home on a quiet street in a great community.

The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and a central living room. The dining table can seat 10-12 and the kitchen was great. Ivy was very responsive and being so close to the Arrowhead base area was fantastic. We had only skied at Beaver Creek before but enjoyed Arrowhead and would choose to meet for lunch at the base because it was so convenient. It is easy to ski between all the mountains now.

great location

Our family of 6 plus our yellow lab stayed for 6 days at the house and we would definitely stay again. The location was great for snowshoeing directly from the house and it was easy to call the shuttle for skiers. The shuttle was timely and very convenient for transport either to Arrowhead (for the chairlift) or transfer to another shuttle to Beaver Creek. The short (less than 15 min) drive either to Edwards or Avon made shopping, going to the movies, the market or out to eat easy. Rooms were spacious and fireplace in family room was cozy. There was a chirping smoke detector in a locked off closet and we called the local representative who came out and fixed it promptly. Overall very happy with the house and communication with the owners - would recommend to friends and relatives for sure.

Beautiful home ... Don't miss this one!!!

We spent a week in this home with family and friends and what a treat! From the first time we contacted Ivy till after our stay she was so friendly and accommodating wanting to make sure everything was fine. The house set up was very nice and views awesome. We even had a washing machine that didn't work and they had someone there to fix it within a couple hours. She even allowed our family dog which we appreciated and she even asked about him!!! Of course I would only bring him into another home as he is very well trained and when not with us in his kennel. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!

The property is very confortable and cozy. Very good size. The place is beautiful, short walking distance to the Arrowhead ski area, very near from Avon. A lot of excellents restaurants at Edwards and Beavercreek. The owners are very committed to the good service of the house and are very friendly!!!!

Family getaway

My family had a fantastic 8 night stay at this home. Staying in Arrowhead is fabulous! The shuttle will pick you up at the house and take you to the chair lift at Arrowhead within 10-15 minutes. There is plenty of room for everyone. It is clean, well maintained and very user friendly. Some recommendations would be to have a few more 'staples' in the kitchen such as measuring cups, etc. Also would be helpful to have aluminum foil, etc. I found there was a very full kitchen, but it lacked some basic essentials that we had to go to the store, last minute, to retrieve. I would recommend this house to anyone and I look forward to returning again! The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything!
