The villa is close to Turtle Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, tennis courts, and The Sanctuary. It is a short walk or a 3-minute bike ride to the beach. The unit has a renovated kitchen and granite counters, with new carpets and fresh paint throughout, in addition to two flatscreen smart TVs (in living and master) and free 400Mbps high-speed internet and WiFi. Your family-friendly dog is welcome for a small nightly fee. This rental property includes parking for 2 cars, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
