Very good spot, right on beach, right across to Johns pass village, just 5min walk to Johns pass board walk. Stayed for 8 days with two kids, location was top notch. The house is super clean and has all necessities to live for couple of weeks. The beach view and sunset on the beach right from the balcony is the highlight. Best place even if you are working from remote. Only one hiccup we had was originally the listing said pool is available but later host messaged that pool was closed during the stay period for maintenance, though it was a bummer, they refunded some part as a gesture, which I appreciate. There were beach towels, as well as beach wagon, beach chairs (8 of them) , beach umbrella, beach canopy, enough blankets, pillows. Overall great stay and great condo and host.
