Your Fountain Hills getaway awaits at this 3-bedroom home in a private gated golf course community (public course). From the moment you walk in the front door you will see the desert views through the expansive glass sliding doors. During your stay you will enjoy the indoor/outdoor living spaces. In the warm backyard you will find a sparkling blue pool which can be heated upon request. And the sunsets are some of the best that we have ever seen. For those of you who can play the piano, you'll be able to do so on a 1915 Steinway baby grand piano. We love our home and hope you will too!

We are from Chicago and Seattle. We enjoy the endless sunshine in Fountain Hills and are an avid outdoors couple. We bike (mountain and road), hike the many trails, run the community roads, and truly love the security and privacy of our neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is a well maintained/healthy neighborhood. There is a main gate (with 24hr guard service), keeping the community safe and quiet. Our neighborhood is highly walkable, both for exercise and an evening stroll. It is even within walking distance to the local grocery store, which is about 1 mile up the road. We are also on the boarder of Scottsdale (on a main arterial road) making trips out for dinner or visiting other parts of the valley a short trip: Sloan Park, Salt River Fields, TPC Scottsdale, Eagle Mountain & Wekopa Golf, and many many restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We have lived in our home for 22 years and have enjoyed many things about living here. Our house gets wonderful afternoon sun, making for warm evenings in the backyard for poolside happy hour, BBQs, and long views down the valley with a nice mountain view directly behind our house. The house is on a flat lot with a 3-car garage and a wide driveway. We have recently created a Piano room in the house featuring a vintage Steinway baby grand (1915 model O). The house also features a few major pieces of art that bring our previous lives to the desert.
